Welcome to the fourth lesson in the PrintJourney course! In this tutorial, we'll focus on creating templates, collections, and publishing your products to your Printify stores. One of the biggest challenges for print-on-demand businesses is taking a design and turning it into a product as quickly as possible. With PrintJourney, you can streamline this process and save valuable time and effort.
Creating Templates
A template is the structure of your product. To create a template, follow these steps:
- Click on "Add Template"
- Select your store
- Choose a product to create a template based on (e.g., mouse pad, canvas gallery wrap)
- Select the manufacturer and variants to be published
- Choose a placeholder for your artwork
- Set up automations (e.g., factor in shipping costs, round prices, activate advanced AI)
- Customize your product summary (e.g., product name, profit margin)
- Add labels for organization
- Create your product
Building Collections
The magic of PrintJourney lies in bulk publishing, where one design can generate multiple products with a single click. To create a collection:
- Select the templates you want to include
- Click on "Add a Collection"
- Name your collection
- Submit your collection
Publishing Products
Once you have your templates and collections set up, it's time to publish your products. Here's how:
- Choose a design from your design drawer
- Click "Create Product"
- Remove any unwanted keywords
- Select a template or collection to bulk publish
- Add any additional information (e.g., keywords)
- Publish your product(s)
PrintJourney's AI-powered features will generate SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and keywords for your products, describing both the artwork and the product itself. This comprehensive approach helps create well-rounded product listings that appeal to potential customers.
Checking Your Published Products
After publishing, you can view your products in the "Processing" and "Published" sections of the Products page. To see how your products appear on your connected store (e.g., Etsy), simply visit the store and review the titles, descriptions, and product details.
PrintJourney's workflow is designed to save you time and money, allowing you to crank out product after product with ease. No other automation tool can match the efficiency and effectiveness of PrintJourney.
